En el año 1955 Rosa Parks, se negó a obedecer al chófer de un autobús público, el cual quería obligarla a ceder su asiento a una persona de raza blanca. Por este motivo, Rosa Parks fue encarcelada y acusada de haber «perturbado el orden».
